please check with your gp before visiting if you're pregnant, have a cardiovascular condition, take regular prescription medication, have a pacemaker, or have had a heart attack in the last six months. the same applies if you have a recent joint injury, surgical implants, or any chronic underlying condition.
hythe sauna cannot accept responsibility for customers with the above conditions or in the above situations. -
children under 16 are welcome at private bookings, accompanied by an adult at all times. community sessions are adults only.

we're a small operation and our time is finite, so we ask for at least 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. inside that window we're unable to offer refunds, but you're welcome to pass your booking to someone else.
if we ever need to cancel due to weather, you'll get a full refund without question. -
